Key Specifications:
Flat Panel: Does not contain any fixing holes or folds. Please specify in the notes section during checkout if you require fixing holes.
50mm Folded Panel: Contains 50mm Folded edges with fixing holes. There are 600mm-centered holes along the longest side. Fixing holes along the width of the sheet are placed at 400mm hole centres. Size of fixing hole is 3mm Diameter to allow for easy drilling and adjustments in it's diameter.
Powder Coating: Please choose from Dulux colors and specify in the notes section at checkout.
Note: The screens are subject to various processes, including powder coating if requested. Due to the fact that this method of fabrication is organic, the colours and textures may differ.

The decorative screens offered by Avantta Creations come in various materials such as Aluminium, Mild Steel and Corten Steel with two sizes to choose from. There is the option of having 50mm Folded edges for easy fixing, this however will reduce the overall size of the selected screen.
The following options are available for assembly and fixing. Certain installations may require sides to be folded, whereas others may only require the option of a flat sheet laser cut to designed specifications.
Aluminium: Aluminium is a light-weight material which has various use cases, with it's corrosion resistant properties, it is suitable for outdoor environments without the need for post-processing treatment. Though often it is powder coated with Dulux colors to give it a distinctive look in any application. Most commonly used Aluminium allow is 5005.
Corten Steel (Trademarked COR-TEN): Also known as 'Weathering Steel' provides a distinctive rusty look over time due to it's corrosion resistant properties where the surface of the steel ends up forming a protective oxide layer when it is exposed to the weather. Weathering steel lasts longer than Mild steel and is best suited for outdoor use due to its changing appearance with time.
Mild Steel: Common Grades are G250 or G350 and are the cheapest options for screens. Powder coated after to have a feature look in any application.
