Flat Panel: When checking out, please indicate in the notes section whether holes need to be fixed. Does not contain any folds or fixing holes.

50mm Folded Panel: Contains 50mm Folded edges with fixing holes. Fixing holes along the longest side are spaced at 600mm hole centres. Fixing holes along the width of the sheet are placed at 400mm hole centres. Size of fixing hole is 3mm Diameter to allow for easy drilling and adjustments in it’s diameter.

Powder Coating: You can specify colors in the notes section at checkout by choosing from Dulux colors.

Note: Each local abstract screen undergoes various processes including powder coating if requested. They may differ in texture or colour due to it being an organic fabrication method which is unable to be controlled.

The decorative local abstract screens offered by Avantta Creations come in various materials such as Aluminium, Mild Steel and Corten Steel with two sizes to choose from. There is the option of having 50mm Folded edges for easy fixing, this however will reduce the overall size of the selected screen.

Assembly and fixing options include the following. Certain installations may require sides to be folded, whereas others may only require the option of a flat sheet laser cut to designed specifications.

Aluminium: Lightweight aluminum is a material with a wide range of applications, especially since its corrosion-resistant property makes it suitable for outdoor use without requiring post-processing treatments. Though often it is powder coated with Dulux colors to give it a distinctive look in any application. Most commonly used Aluminium allow is 5005.

Corten Steel (Trademarked COR-TEN): Also known as ‘Weathering Steel’ provides a distinctive rusty look over time due to its corrosion resistant properties where the surface of the steel ends up forming a protective oxide layer when it is exposed to the weather. The weathering process lasts longer with mild steel, making it suitable for outdoor applications.

Mild Steel: Common Grades are G250 or G350 and are the cheapest options for screens. Any application can be powder coated after to have a feature look.
